Overview
This project transformed an older home into a modern co-living residence designed to provide more functional and flexible living spaces. The renovation included updates throughout the property, with remodeled kitchen and bathroom areas, refreshed finishes, upgraded flooring, fresh interior paint, and the addition of new bedrooms to better accommodate changing household needs.
A key part of the transformation was converting an existing shed into an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with its own exterior bathroom. By repurposing an existing structure, the project created additional usable space while expanding the property's versatility and long-term potential.
The completed renovation combined thoughtful interior improvements with a practical ADU addition, resulting in a property that offers greater flexibility, enhanced functionality, and new opportunities for multigenerational living or rental use.
