Project
Overview
This single-family home on Bath Club Blvd N was impacted by Category 3 flood waters, requiring a full restoration to ensure safety and functionality. Our team replaced all compromised electrical systems, insulation, HVAC equipment, and drywall to return the property to its pre-damage condition. Taking advantage of the renovation process, we also reimagined the kitchen layout to create a brighter, more open space. The design features a stunning granite waterfall island and full-height granite backsplashes, combining durability with modern luxury.
The Starting Point
Category 3 flood damage affected the home, requiring the replacement of damaged electrical, insulation, HVAC, water heater, and drywall components. The existing kitchen layout also needed to be reimagined.
What We Did
01 — Electrical & Insulation Restoration
Replaced electrical outlets and wiring affected by flood water and insulation along CMU block walls.
02 — HVAC & Water Heater
Replaced the water heater and air conditioner.
03 — Drywall & Kitchen Expansion
Replaced 4' drywall throughout and expanded the kitchen.
04 — Granite Finishes
Installed a large granite waterfall island and full-height granite backsplashes.
The Finished Space
The completed renovation combines comprehensive flood restoration with an expanded, modern kitchen. A granite waterfall island and full-height granite backsplashes add elevated finishes to the redesigned space.
