Overview
This project focused on transforming an older single-family residence into a modern co-living investment property. The renovation included a full kitchen upgrade with new finishes, fixtures, and appliances, as well as a complete remodel of all bathrooms.
New flooring and paint throughout refreshed the interiors and brightened the overall look. Additional rooms and bathrooms were strategically integrated to increase occupancy potential and maximize rental income.
The result is a modern, functional home in St. Petersburg, FL, designed for shared living, combining comfort, privacy, and style to attract long-term tenants.
