Overview
This project involved the transformation of an older residential property into a modern co-living concept. The renovation included a full upgrade of the kitchen with new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and finishes, along with a complete remodel of all bathrooms.
New flooring and fresh paint provided a unified, refreshed look across the property. Additional bedrooms and bathrooms were added to increase occupancy capacity and enhance rental income.
The end result is a fully modernized home designed for co-living, offering comfort, style, and functionality for multiple tenants in St. Petersburg, FL.
