Overview
This project focused on converting an older single-family home into a modern co-living residence. The work included a full remodel of the kitchen and all bathrooms, upgrading them with new cabinetry, fixtures, and contemporary finishes.
New flooring and paint were installed throughout, creating a refreshed and cohesive interior. Additional bedrooms and bathrooms were added to increase tenant capacity and optimize rental returns.
The result is a modernized, functional, and income-driven co-living home in St. Petersburg, FL.

01 — Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel
Complete remodel of the kitchen and all bathrooms with new cabinetry, fixtures, and contemporary finishes.

Added bedrooms and bathrooms to increase tenant capacity for the co-living model.

Upgraded interior finishes throughout, completing a durable, low-maintenance space built for long-term tenant use.
