Project
Overview
This residence on Kiwanis Place NE required a large-scale restoration addressing both structural and interior needs. Our team began by replacing compromised subflooring and exterior walls, then modernized the home with updated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. New insulation, drywall, and flooring created a fresh interior foundation, complemented by baseboards and a full interior repaint. The kitchen and bathrooms were revitalized with new cabinetry, countertops, and vanities, while doors and hardware were upgraded throughout for functionality and style. Exterior wall restoration and a meticulous post-construction cleaning completed the project, leaving the home structurally sound, efficient, and visually refreshed.
